Gunkaran is new generation entrepreneur who holds his MBA in Real Estate Development & Entrepreneurship, from Graziadio School of Business & Management, Pepperdine University, USA and diploma in Global Enterprise Management and Land Economies from Said Business School, University of Oxford, United Kingdom. He is passionate to identify business opportunities that match group's values and growth targets, deliver excellent service and great returns and make worthwhile and long-standing contributions to society.

His plan for the future is built on delivering continuous improvement and reinforcing and enhancing management and the overall quality of people by investing in training and development.

The strategic development plans are ambitious, broad and well considered and focus on building success and developing new themes. I believe that the best way to predict the future is to create it, so the Group is actively seeking opportunities, with the aim of building the regional footprint.
